when you feel the springs clearly while laying on the bed..
And your back hurts..
You know you might have to change the mattress.
So I changed!
That was almost two years ago.
First time buying my mattress.
Spent 500 bucks but paid it over 12 months.
And!
I love my bed now..
Once I am on it,
It is hard to get out..
Feels like a drug haha.
You will just forget everything that you wanna do..
And just laze around.
Oh man. That sounds really bad.
Lazy bug on the bed.
So.. Now the only way is to get farfar away from it. It's hard when I can't do my work in the living room.
And I end up going out in the morning to do some productive work! Seems to work well for two weekends.
I guess I have to try harder to fight the temptation to lay on my lovely bed.
Ps. I miss my bed whenever I am overseas..
There was a period of time that I dreaded waking up early in the morning.
It was because I missed seeing somebody in the morning.
Morning seemed dull back then.
I guess as time passes by.
Waking up early Morning is definitely fine.
I like waking up early (unless I slept late last night)
I was just possessed by then..
Anyway morning!
Everyday during shower, I always had to practise turning on and off the water.
Erm it is an unusual practise because I have to turn it on and off for about 30 times to get my hot water.
Every time, it felt like a stove that requires a lighter to light up. Then, I started to give up.
Because i am just wasting water!
But another thought of bathing in cold water is that I will save water..
Because it is too cold to be under the water.
I think I am training my body to withstand cold water. Maybe it is alike standing at the bottom of the waterfall..
Hopefully it will stop raining at night!
Mount rinjani

Day 1 trek
Morning is here. And we could see Mt rinjani clearly from the hostel. After breakfast, we set off at around 820am.
The trek is slow and bearable at the start. Weather is good with sun. And wind came along sometimes which make the trek easier.
After walking for 2 plus hours, we took lunch. Rest for about and hour, we started again.
It was the 2nd part of the trek that was very tiring.
At the last part of the trek, I had to take rest every few steps.
Just keep walking just keep walking. I told myself. Haha. Sounds like Dori the fish saying just keep swimming just keep swimming.
At the last part of the trek, I lost sight of my trek mates.
But luckily the guide came back for me.
Total trekking time 830am to 430pm. 1 hour of lunch time.
My legs are killing me!
Hopefully tomorrow will be alright!!
