This is my first time getting a welcome call after I applied a credit card. Amex is really taking customer service to another level.

Never ever had a call from the credit card companies. Some were worse, I had to dial the hotline to get my card approved after waited for days.

Just something nice to share about for today.

the unexpected

Can't believe there is a jam on the expressway on a sunny Saturday morning because of an accident.

Why people just can't drive safely. Traffic is usually low on the weekends and there's NO rain. 

I'm going to be late for my 930am appointment...

1.5 months mark

Into the new job for 1.5 months.

Feels like things are more complicated in a bigger company.

Just don't understand why their infrastructures are so disorganized and decentralized.

Tools are harder to use.

Facing a lot of challenges that didn't have to happen in my past role. 

I feel like china products seems to be better in some ways. 

And they like to change tool from time to time, but it doesn't always a change for the better.

I'm just thinking what i could get out of this role.

Hmm. 

Not sure.

I think i have to take some time to think it through..

Hopefully i can fix my knee this year. so that i can go to more places
