lesson learnt #2

Have to think in a decision maker's shoes.

being in charge of sourcing for banner and stand..
i made several calls, emails for the past few days..

today..
i decided to go down instead..

and when i went into the shop..

i only ask about the price and if it is convenient to bring it around..

BUT

i should have also asked..
: how long does it takes for the printing to be completed?
request for a sample to know the quality of the banner
 cost of the alternative
and ensuring that the canvas banner is what we are looking for..

and that was why i went back to the shop for a second time..third time..

SO

yup..i didnt think of all possible question before a decision can be made..

lesson learnt: think of all sorts of questions even though you are not the decision maker..because you are supposed to provide all the information required
