That's true.
The reward comes after a span of hard work.
Once ago, I read voraciously; newspaper, magazines, essays..this was just to build up my poor English which i failed to build a strong foundation during my younger years.
But it felt good when you are repleted with knowledge from various areas; steeped in the news of the economy, the current issues, the new technology... Reading connects you to the world...with the tool of language.
However，I am not a reader who consumes reading materials indiscriminately. Politics fails to capture my attention, no matter how hard i try..
Eventually, this reading habit gave me my only 'b' in my entrance ticket to U.
