how to cook japanese rice/grilled salmon/fried rolled egg

Short grain rice

1 rice cup - 180g
1 cup for 1 person..
water = 1: 1.1/1.2

wash a few times, and soak in water for 30 mins
cook!

Grilled salmon
Select salmon without bone
marinate with soya sauce and brown sugar (20-30 mins)

2 Eggs
soya sauce (1/4 tea spoon)
sugar (1/2-1 tea spoon)
Salt (1/4 tea spoon)
low heat
