facial care

No longer young..I decided to read up a little more on facial care. 

So a simple facial care steps in the morning are
1. Cleanser 
2. Toner
3. Moisturiser
4. Sunscreen

I only passed 1 out of 4 steps now. Usually I use water to wash my face and then straight away to moisturiser.
And I think I need to get a new cleanser. The cleanser that I am using currently was bought in 2015...haha, amazing right. 

so i need a shopping list!
A cleanser, maybe a toner and a sunscreen. 
After going at the recommendation online, 

I probably will go for
a cleanser - CETAPHIL Gentle Skin Cleanser  &
a sunscreen - Neutrogena cooldry sport sunscreen broad spectrum spray spf50+

hopefully my skin condition won't get any bad.

Cooking time #2

Fluffy Omu Rice
maybe i could try it next week for lunch!

FLUFFY OMURICE
Servings: 2


INGREDIENTS
Chicken Rice
1 tablespoon cooking oil
80 grams chicken thigh
½ onion, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
200 grams cooked rice
4 tablespoons ketchup

Omelet
10 grams butter
2 eggs
A pinch of salt

Garnish
Lettuce
Tomatoes, comb-shaped
Parsley

PREPARATION
1.To make chicken rice, heat cooking oil in a pan and add chicken. Once chicken is browned and cooked through, add onion. Season with salt and pepper, stir.

2.Add the rice in the pan and mix lightly until heated thoroughly.. Add ketchup and mix well until the rice is evenly red.

3.Add eggs to a medium bowl and whisk with a hand mixer.

4.Add salt and whisk to soft-peak.

5.In a small pan over a low heat add the butter and allow to melt. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 3 minutes.

6.Spoon the chicken rice onto half of the omelette and cover with lid. Continue to cook over a low for 3 minutes.

7.Slide omurice onto the plate and fold half.

8.Garnish with green lettuce, tomatoes, and parsley.

9.Enjoy!
