Pain

Today is a day full of pain.
My tooth hurts from the aligners. 
Also, during my sport massage on my knee, it hurts terribly!

How I wish I could I control my pain level just like in the fiction novel on full dive vr games. I will definitely lower it to the minimum. 😭
